These cookies were inspired by the Bittersweet Chocolate Chip Cookie with Grey Salt I had at Delancey this summer. This is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I've ever made, and it has literally put chocolate chip cookies in a new light for me, these are now one of my favourite desserts, ever.
